10/16/09: The Peaceful Woman, Maui Passage, Day 1 Blessing. I had the privelege of documenting a week long "no-lecture(TM)" retreat created for women, by women. This is the beginning of a series of videos following this experiential emmersion into nature and indigenous culture. Partner, Bentley Kalaway, is one of the facilitators. The 5-minute video features Bentley's song, "One Sun" which she sang accapella on the beach, not knowing that I would sync the original song over her performance.
09/26/09: When Bravehearts Rise. After contemplating which original song Bentley Kalaway would sing for the BraveHeart Women's RISE event in LA, she decided to write a new song that captured the spirit of women coming together to inspire each other. The song was written on September 25, 2009 and the entire video was shot and edited in 24 hours.
